Apparently they assume that everyone that calls there is a criminal because they wouldn't make my food until I paid for it when I called. I was short on time. Peking will take your order just fine and they got better reviews.

Hop Xing is an out-of-the-way, locally-owned restaurant in Garden City. It is situated off Highway 21 and next to a Food Lion grocery store. With thirty lunch specials priced at under eight dollars each, Hop Xing is a great and inexpensive fast-food alternative if you want a quick and hearty meal. Inside dining is available, but I have yet to see anyone stay and eat after receiving their order. The food is prepared and delivered quickly. This is a suitable place for a quick bite during lunch or dinner.

Went for shrimp egg foo young You have to check your plate before you leave. I don't know how they give you so much rice and so little gravy not even a half of cup so my meal wasn't all of that because I had to give it all to my dog 😔😔

I've been going for years and it's still my favorite Chinese place. Easy and fast to order, good prices. Sometimes other customers (not everybody) can come in incredibly rude (it's definitely been racially motivated a couple times, especially with people calling a grown man "boy"), but the people working here have been polite. Never had any issues yet! :)
